Return policy

RETURNS

The Customer has 14 days from the delivery date to exercise their right of withdrawal and request a refund or exchange. To obtain a free return slip, the customer must go to our contact page and complete the relevant form. The product must be returned no later than fourteen days after informing Gregoreuo Watches of its decision to withdraw.

All returned items must be received unused, complete and in their original packaging. The purchase price of the product will be refunded to the customer upon receipt of the goods by Gregoreuo Watches.

In the event of a return for an exchange, the new product will be sent upon receipt of the returned item. Damaged, incomplete or soiled items will not be taken back (as they cannot be resold) and will therefore not be refunded or exchanged.

GUARANTEE

The warranty for our products is two years from the date of shipment. It does not cover any damage to any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and failure to follow the instructions provided by Gregoreuo Watches.
